UPDATE:
2020 Touch-a-Truck has been cancelled. We look forward to seeing you in 2021!

With concern for the safety of our community, sponsors, vendors, and members, Touch-a-Truck 2020 will be cancelled due to public health concerns of the spread of COVID-19.

We want to thank you for sticking with us during the rescheduling and now through the cancellation of the event. We hope to see you back at Touch-a-Truck in 2021.

If you purchased tickets online, those tickets will be valid for the 2021 Touch-a-Truck event or you may request a refund in the next 30 days by emailing treasurer@juniorleaguenwa.org.

Join us Saturday, August 15, 2020!

9 am-10 am quiet hour for children with sensory needs

10 am-2 pm general admission

This year’s Touch-a-Truck will feature crowd favorites– dozens of vehicles that kids (and kids-at-heart) can explore. Vehicles you can expect to see include construction equipment, safety and transportation vehicles, motorcycles, tractors and much more. There will also be special appearances and activities including mascots, costumed characters, fingernail painters, face painters, and building projects, just to name a few.

In addition to equipment, vehicles, and entertainment, there will be concessions available offering lunch, refreshments, ice cream and all the tasty treats you’d expect to find at a family-fun event.

The event will be held on the South Side of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade Parking Lot. Gates open at 9 a.m. for a quiet hour for children with special sensory needs. We have asked vendors to disable horns and sirens during this time period, but we cannot guarantee it will be completely quiet.

Tickets are just $5 each or $20 per family (max 5 guests per family ticket). Children under 2 are free. Guests can purchase their tickets below, or at the event gate. We will accept cash or card.

With more than 4,000 in attendance each year, the Junior League’s Touch-a-Truck raises more than $15,000 for the league’s mission. Proceeds assist the league with its mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
