Volunteer Recognition

  • In 1998, the JLNWA received a national USA Today/Paul Newman Community Service Award for Project Kids Hope.
  • The Association of Junior Leagues International presented JLNWA with an award for Outstanding Strategic Plan in 2000.
  • In 2002, JLNWA was recognized as the Non-Profit Organization of the Year by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal and Outstanding Volunteer Service Organization by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce.
  • In April 2004, over fifty JLNWA members were honored with the Arkansas Governor’s Award for Voluntarism.
