In 1998, the JLNWA received a national USA Today/Paul Newman Community Service Award for Project Kids Hope.
The Association of Junior Leagues International presented JLNWA with an award for Outstanding Strategic Plan in 2000.
In 2002, JLNWA was recognized as the Non-Profit Organization of the Year by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal and Outstanding Volunteer Service Organization by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce.
In April 2004, over fifty JLNWA members were honored with the Arkansas Governor’s Award for Voluntarism.
