Nestled on 2 gorgeous wood-studded acres, the home sits next to a stocked pond and on a cul-de-sac. Built in 2013, Ulanda & Christopher Terry’s home was designed by Architect, Keith Warford and built by awarding-winning builder Lee Scarlett, Owner & Founder of Celtic Construction.
The custom front doors were designed by the home owners and made by Dave Frazier, Owner of Fire & Iron in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The first level includes an in-law quarters and a large entertaining kitchen. Lots of natural light comes in through the large scale windows and doors.
The home showcases light & airy decor coordinated by the homeowner’s design company, All Things Posh (Events & Design). Roughly 4,500 square feet, the home is great for entertaining as well as relaxing.
