Recently married, Kelsey, her husband Josh, and her step daughter Caroline resided in Bentonville Arkansas. Kelsey and family have two dogs, a three pound yorkie, Murphy and a 100lb lab, Ruckus. Kelsey grew up in Russellville Arkansas and moved to NWA in 2005 to attend college at the UofA. Graduating with a bachelor’s of science with a focus in apparel has led her to a career with a clothing supplier. Kelsey is currently a production and approval manager at Intradeco Apparel where she oversees quality control and product development of Intradeco’ s products. Prior to Intradeco, Kelsey worked for Better Homes & Gardens and a product development manager.
Kelsey joined the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas in 2012. She served on the Serve our Shelters committee, transferring to Vice Chair of SOS after only a few months as a committee member. Kelsey went on to serve as That’s My Bag Vice Chair, Advisory and Planning Vice Chair, Chair of Membership Outreach, Recruitment, and Engagement during it’s first year as a committee. Kelsey had the pleasure of being a member of the Governance and Management Roll out team and is now in her second year as Training Manager.
Kelsey is actively involved in United Way, Boy’s and Girls Clun, Trifest for MS, and the NWA Children’s Shelter. Kelsey’s league experience gained her the opportunity to take over the volunteer and charitable acts department for her company in their Bentonville office. The League has propelled Kelsey into many other leadership opportunities within the community.
The Junior League has been more than a stepping stone in the leadership world for Kelsey. The League and what the League is doing for the NWA community is Kelsey’s passion and she hopes that the League can reach everyone in the community in hopes of making our place a better place.
