Katie Glenn, Nominating Chair
Katie Marie Glenn is a marketing/PR professional native that has been in the design/IT field essentially since the internet was created. With years of experience in the marketing field, she’s done everything from coding to designing, even starting her own consulting business- Katie Marie Designs, LLC. She also works full time as the Outreach Manager for Single Parent Scholarship Fund of NWA, serving multiple counties in the NWA region to do outreach and marketing.
After spending 10 years in downtown Baltimore, Maryland, she moved back to NWA to raise her family and become more involved in her hometown community.
Immediately after moving back to NWA, she joined the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas, where she’s served on leadership for the past 3 years- most recently on the Board of Directors as Nominating Chair. She joined as a way to get more involved in the local community and to serve. Meeting new friends along the way is just one of the (many) upsides!
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Political Science, she decided to continue her education and is currently in the MBA program through Louisiana State University- Shreveport.
In her spare time, Katie Marie enjoys working out, yoga, baking, fine wine, her chocolate lab Sadie, all things New Orleans, and exploring new restaurants and dives with her husband Bryan and daughter Harper Grace.
