Erin Hinz, Nominating Chair

Erin Hinz has lived in Northwest Arkansas for over three years with her husband, Robbie, and their two boys, Theo and Gus. As a native of St. Louis, she loves watching Cardinal baseball and Blues hockey. On the weekends you can find Erin perusing the farmers’ market or spending time with her family.

Erin is a graduate of College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska, and St. Louis University School of Law. She currently works as Corporate Counsel for Tyson Foods, focusing on labor and employment law. Prior to Tyson, she was in-house counsel for a IT consulting and staffing company in St. Louis. Erin is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Arkansas.

After joining Junior League of Northwest Arkansas in 2016, Erin spent her first active year as Vice Chair of Training and Education. She then served as Vice Chair of Nominating in 2018-2019, before rising into her current position.Through her work with Junior League, Erin has been introduced to so many meaningful volunteer opportunities with our partner agencies.

For the past two years she has served on the planning committee for EOA Children’s House signature event, Summer Salsa. For Peace at Home Family Shelter’s Bar and Grill competition she serves on the planning committee for the event, as well as coordinates the Tyson Legal team.

Erin credits Junior League with making Northwest Arkansas feel like home. She looks forward to serving the community and developing strong women leaders in the coming year.
