This home was custom built by Landmarc Custom Homes in 2007 and purchased by the current owners in 2013. Casey Roark, owner of Casey Roark designs, assisted with a renovation of the interior of the home. The renovation consisted of a new color scheme with paint colors from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams, new carpeting from Carpet One, and custom window treatments and new kitchen banquette upholstery by Interior Fabrics and Design.

A custom arched top bookcase/entertainment center was built and installed by T. L. Wood Products, Inc. of Springdale in the downstairs living area to echo other arched features of the downstairs area. The upstairs playroom was converted into an office with custom desk, credenza, and bookcases.

The exterior of the home is European, while the interior conveys a casual and unpretentious vibe. Renovation of the backyard area consisted of the addition of a Roman style pool by Luther Stem Pools of Fort Smith. The pool is nestled between two alcoves of the home, creating additional privacy. A pavilion with wood burning fireplace was designed by the homeowners in keeping with the home’s architectural style. Construction of the pavilion and landscaping of the backyard was done by Grey Barn. Lighting and furnishings for the pavilion were purchased through Lighting Emporium.
